Lewis Parks Berry met his wife. after years of service in the United States Navy and multiple successful years as a businessman. It was only after meeting her that he was able to come into a relationship with Jesus Christ, for which he is eternally grateful and comments on often. Lewis Parks Berry aspires to teach more people the Word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and without his wife, he would not have found the way.

After an extremely successful career in the Navy, receiving multiple accolades, one of which was earned during a huge volcanic eruption, one would expect Lewis Parks Berry to be settling down. He is now a stay-at-home dad, after all. However, Lewis Parks Berry continues to dream of spreading the Gospel everywhere he goes with everyone he is with. Using his life as a testimony towards the greatness of God, he hopes he can change the course of as many lives as he comes into contact with.

Also an extremely passionate Soccer Player and Goalkeeper Coach, Lewis Parks Berry makes sure that he is setting children up for success in more than just Soccer. Although he is a stay-at-home dad for the moment, it is likely he will return to coaching in the future, possibly as a form of ministry, where he can further spread the Word of the Lord, who he hopes can change the members of the team he coaches. Lewis Parks Berry gives all glory to God, without whom he would be nothing.

Lewis Parks Berry: The man

Lewis Parks Berry is a devout Christian, a member of Calvary Church for over years. He is also a stay-at-home dad, who spends as much time with his son and daughter as he can. An active competitive bodybuilder, it is important that he has the time to maintain his workout and eating routines, without overextending himself. Lewis Parks Berry is many things and has earned many accolades over the years of hard work and dedication to the things he does. However, Lewis Parks Berry is a man who knows where praise is due and gives all credit to God.

Lewis Parks Berry spent a lot of time building up his Goalkeeping Coaching resume, studying under top Goalkeeper Coach, and coaching children, youth, and adults. He has taken breaks from Soccer throughout his life, but always returns from time to time. Lewis Parks Berry has coached children from 8 years old to coaching for the Olympic Development Program, which is a program under the purview of the International Olympics Committee. A fan of activity, Lewis Parks Berry is also the former Captain of a champion Ultimate Frisbee team. 

Lewis Parks Berry is also a singer. He can play a little guitar thanks to his friend and instructor, Eddie Bush However, his dream job is to teach the Word of God and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in everything he does. This might appear to be a daunting task to most, but for a man like Lewis Parks Berry, it is an aspiration worth aiming for.

Lewis Parks Berry: Spreading the Word

For over seven years, Lewis Parks Berry has been a devoted member of the Calvary Church. He is a Naval veteran who found God after returning to civilian life and meeting his wife. Lewis Park Berry feels the difference in his life and wants to share his experience with others. He is also into sports and trains as a bodybuilder at least five times a week. Lewis Park Berry loves soccer as well and is licensed by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He wants to spread the word of his faith to as many people as possible.

Lewis Parks Berry was born in Yokosuka Japan, and is the son of Captain Fred Thomas Berry. His father and grandfather are decorated military men with years of excellent service. After coming to the states, he attended a year of Preparatory School to aide in getting to the Naval Academy where he received Straight A’s and acceptance to USNA, Annapolis Maryland. As a “Plebe”, Lewis Parks Berry was awarded the title of “Plebe Super” for superior physical performance and leadership.

Lewis Parks Berry performed admirably and with distinction at the United States Naval Academy, the reason he was given an “A”, in Leadership and Professionalism during his tenure. His performance and dedication also led to his promotion to the rank of Midshipman Lieutenant Commander in the Brigade Staff.

Berry was formerly stationed at the Academy in Annapolis, where he served as both an assistant goalkeeper coach and as the football team’s strength and conditioning coach. He proudly graduated from the Academy with Professional Honors, though he now serves in the most rewarding profession of all. A dedicated stay at home dad, he appreciates nothing more than having this time with his kids. He wouldn’t trade the time he spends with his kids for anything in the world.

Lewis Parks Berry found God and was reborn in mind, body and Spirit and wants to spread the word to others.

Lewis Parks Berry: Member of Calvary Church

Lewis Parks Berry is first and foremost a devoted Christian and a member of the Calvary Church for many years. He credits God for opening his eyes and pointing him in the right direction. Prior to being saved, he served his country in the Navy until 1994. After leaving the military, Lewis Parks Berry worked for Merrill Lynch and American Club Systems. He feels that he owes all the blessings and good fortunes in his life to God.

Berry graduated from the United States Naval Academy with Professional honors. He was stationed in Annapolis at the Academy, where he was both the Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach for the football team and the Assistant GoalKeeper Coach. Berry is proud to now to now perform in the most rewarding profession his life, which is as a stay-at-home father. He loves nothing more than spending this time with his kids, and wouldn’t trade his current position for anything.
